Summer Store Keeper - Temp

APM Terminals Gothenburg A/S is looking for a Summer Storekeeper who can support the organization during the summer time. We are looking for a colleague that will follow up on orders and supply the stocks so that the production is always running smoothly also in the month of July and August.
The warehouse consists of devices for use in the repair of machines as well as reefers. As a store keeper you will also be responsible of purchasing spare parts, tools and consumer goods as well as keep track of what devices is needed.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Secure the base of goods
Create connection between the stocks and the system
Internal goods delivery
Handling of returned goods
Invoicing
Inventory

The job requires that you have knowledge of tools and furthermore its important that you feel comfortable with IT and systems. We use IFS10 ERP system to purchase and inventory management. Knowledge to IFS or similar ERP, as well as MS Office is an advantage.
We expect that you are service minded and that you are fluent in both Swedish and English. Driver’s license and truck certificate is necessary.
