Sommer Holiday worker to Volvo Cars Visitor center
Position: Lobby Host
We´re looking for a service star to our visitor center at Volvo Cars in Torslanda. Volvo Cars Visitor Center welcomes guest from overseas that travels to Gothenburg to pick up their brand-new Volvo Car from our spectacular show room. 

What you’ll do
We are looking for a passionate person who is going to be the public face of Volvo Cars Visitor Center, with tasks that are important both for the people and for us as an organization. The Lobby Host is a person who sees everyone, enthusiastically welcomes all guests, answering all questions, and managing visitor expectations in the most positive way.
You will be in handling payments for guests who buys souvenirs from the gift shop, guiding them for any type of question that they might have. You speak both Swedish and English on a daily basis. The Lobby Host make sure the overseas visitors get appointed to the right person within the organization and receives the correct attributes that has been ordered. You answer e-mails and phone calls directed to daily work.
You are a person who contributes to a good work environment, do have a friendly attitude towards colleagues and always respect work hours and Volvo Cars work culture. 
Work hours will vary from 07:50-17:00 Mon-Fri during the following weeks:
Week 29, training week
Week 30-33, working weeks

This is your profile
We believe that you are a person with a big heart that values a diversified workplace, service is your passion, and you have a genuine love for taking care of people.
We are looking for a person with strong sense for customer service, with documented education in service & hospitality and also experience within this area from the industry or similar. 
You have documented experience in the products of service. You are fluent in English and speaks (at least) one of the Scandinavian languages. Furthermore, you can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

You take pride in giving a high level of service and being part of creating unforgettable guest experiences. You have the ability to relate to and communicate well with people with your positive mindset. You pay attention to details and love to meet and exceed guest expectations, provide positive and courteous service and to go the extra mile.
