What’s in it for you?
At Technical Material Analysis (TMA) Centre we receive warranty repair parts from work shops around the world that is requested back for analysis. We provide a service for our stakeholders: Engineering, Quality, Supplier Recovery and External partners within Geely family. We control that the parts matching correct warranty repair, update systems to ensure traceability of the parts and allow the dealer payment for the warranty repair. At the warehouse the parts are sorted into pallets according to request and either stored in the warehouse or shipped to requested destination.
The team prepare and order shipment of goods and fill in dispatch information according to national and international transportation regulations. The work also consists of heavy manual lifts without lift equipment and drive of forklifts.
What you’ll do
During the vacation period we need additional support to cover when the personal at TMA are leaving for summer vacation during the period w26-32 (in total maximum 10 weeks), minimum is that there are 2 persons working all days. TMA analytics team consists of 5 persons who is responsible for logistic, and in there are also 3 team members working with control of correct warranty repair has been made by the workshop. The summer work position is intended to cover tasks for the logistic team.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Swedish driver’s license and forklift driver’s license (A1-A4, B1-B4, D1) and previous work experience of forklift driving. You will work in different databases, therefore we see that you have certain analytical ability, as you need to investigate correlation between different articles. You also need to be able to fix and follow up if errors occur.
We see that you have great communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and oral. Additionally, you have basic knowledge skilled in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of data bases.
You enjoy working under your own responsibility as well as in a team with your colleagues. Your ability to see everyone's potential makes you an excellent colleague.
It is meritorious if you are currently studying or have a few years left of your studies, preferably within Logistics.
