What we offer

Central Distribution Center is a part of Parts Supply and Logistics who is responsible for securing parts distributed through our global service network. The management team consist of four Superintendents which is responsible for 19 Supervisors who has 650 operators divided in dayshift and evening shifts.  Scope of Central Warehouse starts with goods receiving and ends at loading parts in our outbound flow where next destination is either Local warehouse in market or direct to dealer / customer. 
You will be part of the Central Distribution Management Team and be one of four Superintendents heading production area called Production area 2 (PC2). You and your team will be responsible for following processes; good receiving, part preparation, return handling and loading outbound parts. Your team consist of seven supervisors and two support functions as direct reporting. Supervisors are responsible for 230 operators in two shifts (06.30-15.12 and 15.00-22.48).

As leader for your production area your focus will be safety, quality and leadtime. You will drive your production area together with your supervisors with a lean mindset, securing that we have right productivity, number of operators and working with continuous improvements.     
Your days will not look the same from one day to another however you will have some fixed tasks on weekly/monthly basis that will need your attention.

-    Drive continuous improvements and challenge current working methods with your team and cross functionally.

-    Collaborate with your peers in Warehouse organization and in whole Part Supply and Logistics organization.

Do you fit the profile?

We are looking for you with several years of experience in roles in work management positions, including direct reporting personnel.
You as a leader have an open and coaching leadership mindset with solid experience of Lean methodology.
You have the proven leadership ability, with strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving ability, as a person you are independent, driven and inspire your surroundings to take action.
You understand the power of flow in production and always having customer in focus.
