Superintendent for our Maritime Department

Responsibilities * Technical management * Vessel budgeting and control * Maintenance management * HSEQ * Personnel management (line manager for Captains on assigned vessels) * Planning and execution of yard stays and conversions * Verification of compliance with the company SMS as well as mandatory rules and regulations * Project management Skills, qualifications and experience: * A reliable self starter with initiative and drive with an ability to work both in team and independently * Fluent in English and with good communication skills * Extensive knowledge of maritime regulatory rules and regulations * College education and experience at Chief Engineer level is preferred * Experience with the ISPS and ISM Code The position is based at Lysaker, but candidate should be prepared for extensive traveling worldwide.
