SUPERUSER PAYROLL SYSTEM, HR Service Centre

WHO YOU ARE
We are now looking for a Superuser to our HR/Payroll system, GlobalView. As a Superuser you will be a part of Ingka AB´s HR support Centre in Älmhult.
About you
We believe that you as a person are a problem solver who sees great importance in providing good service. You think it's exciting with systems and being a specialist and are curious to understand how our HR systems operates. You are a team player, but at the same time you can work and drive the questions independently. Structure is key in your daily work and you naturally have your own drive in taking the business forward. To contribute with new ideas to the group and renew and improve is something that triggers and inspire you. To succeed in this role, you need experience working with payroll calculation, wanting to expand your competence in a more technical way. Previous experience with maintaining a payroll system (SAP) and background in economics is an advantage but not a requirement. We see that you have good knowledge both in writing and orally in both Swedish and English.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
In your role, you are responsible for development, maintenance and support the Swedish IKEA companies in using our HR-system in the most efficient way. Examples of tasks:
*Payroll run in system.
*Work with improvement of existing processes and ways of working to ensure high quality.
* Testing of new and existing solutions.
*Manage and setup new legal entities, org. structures etc.
* Ensure correct reporting to tax authorities (Monthly tax statement)
*Together with finance, ensure correct mapping between payroll and finance system.
*Working with technical aspects from Swedish Labour Law
You will also be involved in many other projects, both on a local and global level, and in cooperation with IKEA's global HR and IT organizations develop the process and represent the Swedish organization. To your help, you have HRSC employees for the various sub-areas.

You will belong to Ingka AB and your location will be in Älmhult. Ingka AB enable IKEA companies in Sweden to focus on their core business and offer shared services within HR, Finance Legal, Meeting & Facility that creates great value for a growing IKEA.
With our contribution we support and create a seamless HR-processes for both co-workers and colleagues. You will be a part of the Systems team at the HR Service Centre. The team consists of different smaller groups with specific responsibilities in different areas. The group you will be assigned to maintains and develop the payroll system and connected processes.
