The Supply Planning team within Global Aftermarket is expanding and welcoming a superuser to join the team. This is a new position within the department and offers the opportunity to influence the set-up and provides significant development potential for the right candidate.
About the organization
Global Aftermarket Operations is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain of parts and accessories from our suppliers to our Distributors/Dealers/End-customers. We have separate functions for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization and Warehouse & Distribution. We are now expanding our team and adding a function as superuser within supply planning.
Husqvarna is currently investing heavily in the aftermarket area and has recently launched the strategic initiative PandA (Parts And Accessories) which aims to improve the customer experience in the aftermarket area.
About the position 
This position will be a key role in the team where you will be a systems specialist, dedicated to continuous improvements in processes and system functionalities. Your expertise will support end-users, troubleshoot issues, and drive defect resolution and change requests with precision. You will be a part of an experienced team where team spirit and collaboration are seen as a key to success. 
Areas of responsibility
Be a system specialist and work with continuous improvements in the processes and system functionalities
Support end-users with expertise and trouble shooting
Drive defect resolution and change requests according to specified processes
Support development team with testing for new functionalities
Document and standardize processes
Training and educate users
Global function
Operational work as supply planner for a smaller assortment
Unresolved demand resolution
Holistic overview of ERP and Planning tools

About you 
To suit in this position, you have:
Bachelor’s/master's degree in supply chain, or related area.
>5 years’ experience from supply planning
Fluent in Swedish and English

As a person you should be driven by a commitment to continuous improvement and possess an analytical mindset. Strong system competence and a structured approach are essential. Additionally, experience with supply planning solutions such as Logility or similar is highly valued.
