To succeed in this role, you need to have experience in programming. Experience with databases (SQL) and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (i.e. Qlik Sense or Power BI) is an advantage but not a requirement. Any previous knowledge or work regarding robotic process automation (RPA) is also an advantage. We see that you have good knowledge both in writing and orally in both Swedish and English.

We offer an interesting and challenging assignment as Super user/ Responsible Robotic Process Automation & Business Intelligence, in Ingka AB, one of the IKEA companies in Sweden – a company with a strong culture and a drive for growth.
You will be a part of the Systems team. The team consists of different smaller groups with specific responsibilities in different areas. One of these groups focuses on RPA & BI development.
About the job
In your role, you are responsible for development, maintenance and providing support to the Swedish IKEA companies in your area. While your main responsibility is development, maintenance and support of current RPA solutions, you will also be involved in many other projects.
Development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, support and maintenance of the solutions.
Delivery of business intelligence (BI) and insights from payroll system to end users.
SQL Database management.
Qlik Sense project development, data visualisation and delivery of insights.
General continuous process development internally within the team and function.
Internal support in matters connected to IT and BI.
Within these areas, it is in the role of driving, developing the process and representing the Swedish organization in cooperation with IKEA's global HR and IT organizations. To your help, you have HRSC employees for the various sub-areas.
