Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.

The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.

Description
Our Engineering department is now creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Supervisor – Car workshops. The auto repair shop is responsible for service delivery of new customer cars and preparation and service of press and test cars. You will use your technical skills and your ability to lead others, as this role is also expected to:
-          Lead, Coordinate and inspire the Car workshops team in their daily work.

-          Supervise the auto repair shop and PDI workshop.

-          Be responsible for press and test activities.

-          Be responsible for verification and validation activities.

-          Be responsible for resource planning and prioritization.

-          Be responsible for service and analyses on coming test and TU-B cars.


Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
-          Relevant experience in the work area, at least 10 years, preferably in the
           automotive industry.

-          University engineering education or equivalent experience.

-          Drivers license B 

You master Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To be successful in this role, you need to:
-          Have functional and technical skills.

-          Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded.

-          Have good communication and motivation skills.

-          Have excellent experience from vehicle validation.

-          Be able to plan, prioritize and make decisions in time.
