The service department is responsible for service and maintenance of our wind turbines in Sweden. We have an open culture where cooperation and good communication skills are prerequisites for doing a good job. Responsibilities
The aim of the role is to drive the business and its growth to long term profitable growth by delivering first class customer service and exceed the customer?s expectation. The role holder ensures that the operation runs smoothly by building highly efficient teams and enabling them to work in a safe and productive way. They take full ownership of their areas of responsibility and the activities within.

The Job will, amongst others include:

- Recruit, lead, develop and retain co-workers within own departments and in the service organization.
- Ensure a safe working environment and execution of Vestas Standard for Control of Hazardous Energy
- Provide Hazardous Energy Control training to the employees.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections and reviews as required by the Control of Hazardous Energy Program.
- Cost efficient way of working as well as cost responsible for own area.
- Create, build and retain excellent relationship with other departments within Vestas

Qualifications
For this role we are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineer with a minimum of three years' experience working with both High and Low voltage and control of hazardous energy.
-A natural leader with several years of leading and managing people, preferably field co-workers.
- Knowledge of EN50110 and relevant national standards.
- High level of Safety awareness and act as a role model in safe behavior
- Good English and Swedish language skills both written and verbally
- Computer literate and good skills in Microsoft office
- Driving license is a requirement

Competencies
- Structured and organized way of handling tasks and managing your daily work
- Great attention to details
- Basic Finance knowledge and understanding
- Ability to communicate and build relationships on different levels and with different steak holders in Vestas
- Experience with operational management of high voltage installations would be preferable.
- Work experience as wind turbine technician is an advantage
- Process minded approach, Solution orientated, Self-motivated and self-going

Additional information
Primary work location is Malmö. A certain amount of travel must be expected (approximately 1-2 days a week).
