Your new job
We’re looking for a Supervisor Installation Works who wants to take on the responsibility of managing all installations teams. This is done in alignment with the overall responsible Construction Manager. The responsibility of the SV IW is to ensure that external and internal installation teams are provided with correct information and site layouts. Furthermore the SV IW coordinates the re-allocation of components in the ERP- system in case of a changed installation sequence on-site.
The role requires a very organized and proactive approach, combined with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. The SV IW is a team player with excellent communication skills.
Short overview of the tasks:
Aligning between team interfaces and ensures smooth site procedures jointly with internal stakeholders, such as the Construction Manager, CM.
Administrative supporting for the CM within the project around all installation team requirements, which are not related to personnel responsibilities (e.g. holiday, training)
Managing of fast and efficient removal of Nonconformity by coordinating material delivery and team allocation
Setting up technical documentation for installations works and support Construction manager and General project manager
Supervising and ensures the installation documentation (assembly protocols, installation problems, etc.)
Traveling in different countries in the Nordics; Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark

This is a permanent role, based in Sweden but will include travels to different construction sites in Sweden but also sites throughout the Nordic region and Germany. Travels are necessary and you need to be flexible regarding working hours and traveling times. You will report to Team Leader Installation Works.
The employment usually starts with a solid training period, typically held in Germany.
Requirements for position
Completed vocational training in a technical field
2-3 years of technical work experience
Experience of working at wind farm construction sites
Good working knowledge and proficency in MS Office
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Good technical understanding
Ability to work at heights
Flexible regarding working hours and travelling times
Good command of English in speech and writing and preferably knowledge of Swedish
EU Class B driving license
Travel readiness (international)

To be successful in this role we believe that you have a good understanding of installation works and experience of a variety of stakeholders. You have a well-structured, diplomatic and proactive approach, an independent work style and good organizational skills. In addition, you are determined, quality-conscious and able to make decisions. Furthermore, you have a flexibility in regards to traveling and working hours and are able to work at heights. Last but not least, this position requieres you undergoing and having a valid medical examination in accordance fo AFS 2019:3, to be allowed working at heights.
