With a strong focus on innovation, safety, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Service Supervisor at our Kevitsa site.


Your mission
The Service Supervisor is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing the local service strategy, aligning it with the regional Epiroc strategy, and ensuring a customer-centric, stable, efficient, and well-managed operation. This position involves advising technicians and customers, actively participating in workshop and field job planning, ensuring quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement in working methods and business development.

The responsibilities include: 
*     Plan and manage service work, ensuring safety is prioritized in all activities.
*     People management of the local service team
*     Provide supervision and guidance to new employees, acting as an advisor for technical issues.
*     Actively engage in customer communication throughout the work process, including producing price estimates/quotes and follow-ups.
*     Report and register work performed, materials used, and contribute to ongoing training for technicians and customers.



Your profile
We believe you have a wide set of qualifications, including proven experience in a supervisory role within the service industry. You have a solid technical background, and you could ideally provide technical support if needed. Good communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to succeed in the position, accompanied by a demonstrated capability to effectively plan and manage service work. Communication skills in both Finnish and English are required.

Location, travel and other
You would be based in Kevitsa for this position and as it involves some travel a valid driver's license is required.
