Maintenance is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all process and production equipment in the factory. The work involves preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as error analysis and improvement work on the machinery, equipment and working methods. We also participate in the introduction of new equipment. Currently we are approximately 70 employees, organized in four groups.

We are now looking for a Supervisor Maintenance who can lead the group that today includes 23 persons with high technical competence in mechanical, electrical and PLC. The Group's working time is divided into one 2-shift and two 4-shifts included weekend Manage the work and resources in such a way that the group's targets in short, medium and long term is met and achieved effectively.

Main responsibilities

* Follow up activities and take necessary corrective action in order to reach goals
* Management responsibilities for direct as well as indirect staff, including creating conditions for employees developed in the desired direction and that the right skills are maintained over time
* Responsible for conducting maintenance work and for coordination of other maintenance activities in the factory
* Responsible for that current and decided methods is followed
* Full employer responsibility and secure that current laws and rules are followed
* Interact with other leaders and functions within the unit

Required qualifications

* 3 year in upper secondary school or equivalent with technical direction
* Several years of management experience
* Knowledge/experience of the industry's production and maintenance processes
* Comfortable with the Ms Office suite
* Machine and operating knowledge, and solid experience in automated production systems is meritorious
* Fluent knowledge in Swedish
* Basic knowledge in English
* Practical work in any of the profession (Electricians, mechanics) is meritorious
* Knowledge of production and maintenance processes such as TPM, Lean Production, etc. is meritorious
