Supervisor Produktion

The shift supervisor is responsible for the performance of the work during one shift on ROBAL and works the same hours as the shift.
The shift supervisor plans and leads the daily routine and non-routine manufacturing and packing of products on the lines according to established procedures. The supervisor is responsible for daily deliverables, to document the shift progress in daily management and to report deliveries to SAP. If target is not met the shift supervisor is responsible to act and report to the manager of the line.
The shift supervisor should report and investigate deviations occurring on the shift, and be a resource for on-going CAPA investigations.
Daily challenges are escalated to the manager of the line. The supervisor is responsible to report and follow up absence on a daily basis and secure staffing and reorganize resources if needed. The supervisor takes responsibility for on-boarding and training of personnel.
The shift supervisor is responsible for evaluation of all members of the shift according to the Cepheid Performance Management process together with the manager of the line.
Knowledge and skills
Good planning skills
Good computer skills (including the Office package)
Good communication skills
Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Proficient leadership abilities
Experience in working in a GMP environment.
Experience in handling biological and chemical materials

Other requirements
Experience in handling various quality and support/maintenance software systems as Centuri, Agile, SAP, RAM, ME (EDHR) etc.
ISO 7 experience
Experience with DBS/Lean Manufacturing
