Supervisor, Supply Chain

We are looking for a Supervisor, Supply Chain focusing on other direct materials to oversee the tax sticker management for our products.

The area is still quite new for Swedish Match and therefore we are looking for a passionate and thoughfull leader who can develop our capabilities in a new department. You will ensure high quality training and motivated employees and be the main point of contact for the market, while overseeing the distribution and reconciliation of tax stickers.

You will identify and implement improvement opportunities, coordinate with other departments, and foster a seamless communication within and across our factories. Additionally, you ensure that the department adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.

As Supervsior, you will be responsible for managing the tax sticker processes and ensuring that they are documented correctly in line with the market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in the role, you need to be driven and structured while keeping a 360 perspective. Additionally, you have strong communication skills and can inspire high performance while leading your team.

You be a central part of our supply chain team and will primarily be responsible for the proper management of tax stickers, overseeing processes. You will ensure the correct distribution in line with market requirements, quality control and reconciliation as you support the factory in Gothenburg and Kungälv:

- Ensure the application of company policies, systems, and processes.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of the applied systems and processes within the department
- Identify improvement opportunities and executes them.
- Verify the quantity of physically delivered tax stickers against documentation.
- Ensure tax stickers are on reels and available according to the scheduled production plan.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports compliant with authority requirements.
