Supervisor to the Assembly

Aurobay is looking for a Supervisor to the Assembly team in Skövde (VEP G3). As a supervisor you will get the opportunity to lead and develop in an agile and forward-looking environment. You will report to our superintendent and be a part of the management team.

What will you do?

As a leader at Aurobay you will be part of our management team and be directly supervising and coordinating the activities of production and team members. Your main purpose is to coach and assist your team to empower them to work as a cohesive unit to meet the organization goals and work according to set working methods. Functional descriptions established development and governance models is communicated by local managers. Focus on just-in-time/real-time management and being able to react to deviations and improve processes. As a team member of the assembly team, you will gain the possibility to develop, improve and lead transformational work to set new “ways of working” standards.

Do you fit the profile?

You have completed high school or have equivalent merits, preferably followed by additional studies or courses aligning with management and/or Industry. As a person you thrive in driving results even under tough circumstances. Gains confidence and trust in organization through honesty integrity and authenticity. You build effective teams by building strong identity, applying their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve goals. Taking responsibility, ensuring ownership by holding yourself and others accountable to meet commitments. To hit the ground running we believe you have previous experience from management or leadership positions, but it is not mandatory.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Therefore, it is crucial to be good at cross-functional work and networking. You also need to possess great communication skills, you are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
