Supplier Management leads and manages the sourcing, contracting and supplier base management of Tetra Pak. The team has full accountability for cost, with an underlying objective to provide World Class Quality & Performance at the lowest cost and with a focus on supply chain agility and sustainability.
Within this organization we are looking for a Supplier Coordinator reporting to the group manager in Supplier Management, OEM, Flow Dynamic & Control team.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Supplier Coordinator you will support Supplier Managers in definition, deployment and successful implementation of commodity categories strategies and drive category analysis, market analysis and market benchmarking. You will also support sourcing, contracting and supplier base management activities.
· Support preparation of negotiation strategies and tactics
· Coordinate master data management and ensure data correctness for supplier data under categories of responsibility
· Coordinate team administration activities
· Lead and/or participate in development and improvement activities for purchasing global tools
· Lead continuous improvement activities within the OEM department
· Support group manager in key performance indicator tracking and visual management
Who you are?
The position demands a very good level of relational skills and collaboration, strong result orientation and team spirit. Capability to collaborate with colleagues at your level or superior levels and key stakeholders maintaining effective working relationships are fundamental too.
As a person you are analytical, methodical and disciplined in achieving results. You can get others to see and believe your points. You have at least 1 year experience in: supplier management or supply chain management or supplier quality management or procurement. Solid know-how in supply chain will be considered a plus. Know-how of Tetra Pak internal environment will be considered a plus.
A very good knowledge of excel will be considered a plus. You have a University degree in Economics or Engineering management.
You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
