In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team of approx. 20 colleagues. Your main responsibility will be to contact the supplier and provide feedback what we detect in production or from customers and demand in order to drive corrective action. You will work closely to production, purchasing and R&D with the ultimate aim of the overall quality and cost efficiency improvement. The role reports to Product Quality Manager.
Your responsibilities
Review 8D reports.
Contact the supplier and provide feedback what we detect in production or from customers and demand in both short and long-term corrective actions from suppliers.
Drive improvement projects with our suppliers based on quality or cost improvements.
Work as a project team member in production and SCM projects.
Maintain and update documentation from APQP process.
Participate in supplier evaluating, drive corrective action plan for different activities as PPM reduction.
Perform annual audits on selected suppliers.
Work close to production, purchasing and R&D to improve the overall quality of purchased materials.

Your background
Bachelor´s degree in relevant field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience from Supplier Quality Engineering or similar.
Knowledge of mechanical components is a merit.
Knowledge of PFMEA, DFMEA.
Experience from audits regarding ISO 9001, etc.
Work experience in 8D reports, DMAIC or similar.
You are used to work in teams and have a good social competency and good communication skills.
Since you will be working in an international organization it is required that you speak and write English fluently, and you also understand and speak Swedish.
