For Lynk & Co Quality Europe - our newly-established organization dedicated to Lynk & Co brand overseas and partner projects quality (Volvo/Polestar) - we are now looking to add a

Supplier Quality Engineer
You'll develop and establish Lynk & Co Supplier Quality standards and processes in close collaboration with stakeholders and other SQ teams in the group.

You will be based in Gothenburg, reporting to the Head of Lynk & Co International Global Quality.

What you'll do

- Collaborate with the sourcing team in China to secure supply chain-related EU legal directives & requirements and long-term sustainability objectives

- Assess quality from manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management to ensure all products are free from defects and in compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications and government standards

- Conduct supplier surveillance audits

- Ensure that PPAPs are reviewed and approved in a timely manner

- Maintain the component PPAP database

- Assist suppliers to develop and maintain Component Quality Plans, ensuring regulatory compliance where required

- Raise reject notes and request 8D reports from the supplier.

- Support supplier root cause analysis and corrective action planning

What you bring

Relevant degree in engineering and experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, including:

- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

- Statistical Process Control (SPC)

- Supplier Development

- And preferably some experience in Product Development
