Randstad Engineering is searching for a Supplier Quality Engineer for a consultant assignment at Siemens Energy in Finspång. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality in Siemens Energys supply chain for Mechanical Heat Pump applications.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with a dedicated team in Sweden and Romania to ensure seamless cross-functional cooperation.
Representing Supply Chain Quality in various cross-functional meetings, actively engaging with Procurement, Project Management, Project Engineering, and Project Quality Management.
Driving and continually improving Supply Quality-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ensuring and improving supplier quality within the assigned business area, incorporating preventive actions, technical specifications, and the qualification of suppliers.
Overseeing supplier qualification, product/process qualification, and technical supplier development to establish a global, quality-assured, and cost-effective supply base for components within specific commodities.
Maintaining and enhancing the Siemens Energy Project Supplier Quality Management System, implementing and tracking measures and activities to guarantee the required quality of supplied components and services.


Qualifications
International Welding Engineer (IWE) or International Welding Technologist (IWT) Diploma.
Demonstrated experience with PED 2014/68/EU and associated European Directives.
Knowledge and experience in Heat Pump applications and EN 378:2018.
Experience with harmonized standards such as EN 13480:2017 (Metallic Industrial Piping), EN 13445:2021 (Unfired Pressure Vessels), and ISO 9712:2022 and ISO 17635:2017 (Non-Destructive Testing).
Familiarity with pressure-retaining and load-bearing materials standards.
Proficiency in ISO standards related to welding management, including ISO 3834-2:2021, ISO 14731:2019, ISO 15614-1:2017, ISO 15607:2017, ISO 15609-1:2019, ISO 9692-1:2013, and ISO 9606-1:2017.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in quality management, engineering, or manufacturing, with a focus on pressure equipment.
Experience in supplier qualification and Supplier Auditor roles is advantageous.
Lead Auditor certification and Project Management experience are beneficial.
Proficient usage of MS Office applications and SAP (SIEMENS Energy Business System).
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with business fluency in written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
