Supplier Quality Engineer

About your job
In this position, you run both day-to-day quality assurance activities and proactive quality improvement initiatives with our suppliers. You support our productions and our suppliers in the development phase for new products and drive the prototype approval processes.
Also included in your job is to:
Lead and perform supplier process audits.
Facilitate root causes analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues.
Provide technical advice and support to suppliers to improve quality.

The location for this position is Svedala and we apply a hybrid work set-up where you can combine office work with work from another location. Some international travel to meet with suppliers will occur in this role.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with professional experience within supply and quality, as well as an understanding of quality assurance methods and systematic quality work.
To succeed in this role, you also need:
An engineering degree, bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or similar education.
Skills in Microsoft Office.
Experience of international travels.
Excellent skills in English and Swedish, verbally and in writing.
