The work mainly contains of proactive work with our new and ongoing suppliers to secure high quality on incoming material to ESS Kumla and our EMS partners.By using quality tools and performing process audits we can control our supplier's processes.This will be done along the whole product life cycle, from pre-development and TTM to TTC. Internally within ESS Kumla you will have interfaces with supply change management, production, quality and technical departments.Externally, you will have interfaces with Ericsson R&D centers, sourcing and of course your main focus, our Suppliers. Travelling is a natural part of this position.Utbildning/erfarenhet We are looing for a person with a technical bachelor degree in mechanics or equivalent experience.You should have a proactive attitude and be used to working in complex environments.As a person you are independent, self-confident and well organized with an analytical mind. To be successful in this position you should also be quality minded and used to working with quality tools.The preferred candidate should have good communication skills as the role involves a wide variety of communication and interaction with suppliers and users throughout the Ericsson organization. We are also looking for a supplier quality engineer who have: - knowledge to read and understand technical specifications (incl.Drawings).- computer skills (MS Office, SAP, CBS) - knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing.- good communication and presentation skills.
