We are growing our Sourcing team and are therefore looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join us in Helsingborg!


You will be joining the EMEA sourcing team, playing a key role in our quest to deliver innovation and excellent cost, delivery and quality to the business and our customers. Your main goal will be to deliver sustainable, market leading supplier quality and delivery performance. We see you achieving this together with colleagues by engaging with our preferred and strategic suppliers throughout the supplier lifecycle, from qualification to continuous improvements, development, transfers, and deviation handling. You will also improve our supplier quality framework including KPIs, data analytics, supplier scorecard, performance reviews, part and supplier qualification processes. Your ability to engage with internal stakeholders and colleagues in engineering, sourcing, and operations on topics like item specifications, supplier reviews, etc. will be a key success factor.

To identify opportunities, be a change agent and lead implementation of quality and delivery performance initiatives within the supply chain is key to achieve our aggressive targets. As we have an international supplier base you are likely to travel 40 days per year.

We also see that you preferably have an interest in technology and manufacturing.

To qualify for the position, you have a degree within Engineering, accompanied by quality management studies. We believe that you are an experienced supplier quality professional, preferably with experience from working in an international manufacturing organization. Experience with suppliers in Central Eastern Europe or Asia is a merit. We are focused on finding the right person with a good fit to our team and company culture. Excellent communication in English and other language skills are considered an advantage.
