Job Description


Your contribution to something big
Shape the future: You contribute to the improvement of quality and optimization of our product range in the area of heat pumps to guarantee efficient heating of residential buildings.
Structured analyzing: You analyze field and line returns and start the supplier problem solving process. Furthermore you are operating process audits to approve suppliers and ensure the optimization of quality standards.
Broad valuing: You are defining preventive quality measurements together with development and technical purchasing among other things like critical product attributes.
Cooperation: You are working in close coordination with the development team to integrate in the MOS (material order specification) the lessons learned of former field- and line returns to actively participate in the process optimization.
Internationality: You are working closely together with international experts, mostly from Sweden, Germany and Portugal.





Qualifications


What distinguishes you
Personality: confident appearance, strong drive of implementation and result-oriented.
Working style: analytic, structured and systematic.
Experience and know-how: 3-5 years of work experience in the area of quality assurance of external procurements, especially in the Q-methods (8D, 5Why, Q-PDCA, KVP) and Q-standards (ISO9001). Excellent knowledge in the field of consolidation of Q-operation-figures (SAP).
Enthusiasm: Experience in the execution of supplier audits, capable of moderating.
Willingness to travel: around 20%.
Languages: excellent English proficiency in writing and speaking.
Good communication in Swedish.
Education: Master’s degree in the field of industrial engineering or a technical field (mechanical engineering or electrical engineering) with additional qualification of commercial/business.
