We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure exceptional product quality for patient safety, customer value beyond expectations, regulatory assurance, and optimized cost of quality. You’ll be part of a global team, supporting all aspects of the supplier management activities related to our Global Services organization. Do you have a passion for Supplier Quality? What you’ll do
Manage and improve supplier quality performance through quality plan implementation.
Primary areas of focus will be supplier qualification, part/process qualification, supplier auditing, issue resolution and improving supplier quality performance through continuous improvement activities and quality plan implementation.
Ensure supplier compliance to QMS and regulatory requirements through supplier monitoring process.
Collaborate with Suppliers, Engineering, Service, Manufacturing and Sourcing to deliver quality improvements that minimize the costs of quality.
Develop and execute Corrective and Preventive Action plans with suppliers to resolve non-conformance issues.
Build and implement Supplier Audit Plan and undertake supplier technical reviews when appropriate.
Perform regular quality review and monitoring to demonstrate quality objectives are being achieved.

Who you are
A proactive, self-driven, results seeking and enthusiastically intense person who enjoys driving improvement, collaborating with teams and delivering impact
A quality professional with a minimum of 3 years of quality related work experience, that includes direct experience in quality and supplier quality management, preferably in life sciences
Knowledge of supplier quality management workstreams including qualification, auditing, change management, CAPA/RCA, part/product/process qualification
The desire and ability to travel up to 25%
Effective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change (cross-functionally and globally).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field with experience in manufacturing, engineering or quality assurance
