Are you a driven team player with the ambition to further develop through new challenges? If so, this can be the right opportunity for you. In the Supplier Quality and Improvement role you will be part of a strong team of professionals at HV Service in Ludvika.
You will drive cultural transformation within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on ('Gemba') approach. You need to understand and promote behavioral change to continuously improve function performance through programs and initiatives.
Your responsibilities
Operationally lead and fast execute upcoming supply or customer complaints like quality issues, non-conforming products, or project services
Drive the supplier qualification/re-qualification process and ensure the supply base is fully qualified and compliant
Monitor and report supplier performance (KPIs), quality issues, and development actions.
Perform required product surveillance at supplier manufacturing site
Establish development plans for identified areas based on the assessments/supplier data and carry out the development plan with necessary resources from supplier and Business Unit.
Develop and support targeted suppliers to achieve ongoing conformity with Customer and Business Unit requirements and continuous improvement in quality, e.g., reduction of variation and cost or increase of sustainability, service/delivery performance.
Support process development and other activities related to the management system
The role requires close cooperation with responsible buyers, Quality & Operations, Engineering, Sales and Sustainability/HSE.

Your background
We see that you are highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
5+ years of relevant quality assurance, manufacturing, supplier development or other operational experience in the field of HV products are preferred.
Proficiency in the use of ERP LN, 8D, 6 Sigma tools include statistical analysis is desirable.
On a personal level you are analytical, service minded and supportive with good communication skills.
You have strong drive and ability to take lead in a situation.
English is a must, both written and spoken. Swedish is considered as a plus.
Familiarity with ISO-9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards and external auditor certification is a plus.
Good skills and understanding of an ERP system (ERP LN)
