Do you have a solid background within Quality and now have the ambition to take on some additional responsibility?

As Supplier Quality Manager you will act both as SQE and manager for a small team being responsible for assuring the quality of purchased components to our Swedish factory. You are the face and voice of our customers perception of quality towards our suppliers. You will cooperate with SQE-functions in other European factories, participate in the local Quality Management team and report to the Quality Manager.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of auditing and understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably within plastic, hydraulics or electronics. You should have a relevant degree from university and some leadership experience. You need to be fluent, speaking and writing, in both English and Swedish.

Being successful in this role requires good social skills and a professional way of managing suppliers, handling both conflicts and maintaining good relations. You are driven, like to take the lead and do not easy let go of things even when it gets complicated. You take pride in work being well performed but also understand the importance of being effective and the relation to business impact. You need to be comfortable with a mix of office work, hands on and travelling (~25 days/year).
