Supplier Relationship Manager

Tetra Pak Information Management AB Tetra Pak Global Information Management is a process oriented organisation.We work globally with sites in Sweden, USA and Singapore.We support Tetra Pak's business by developing, adapting, integrating and distributing products and services within the area of Information Management.Within IT Supplier Management we aim at having the right supplier at the right cost providing the right service.Our key responsibility within the team of totally 10 members is to optimise use of IT suppliers, establish and govern the commercial relationship and manage selected centralised IT purchases.The team is accountable for IT sourcing activities and to continuously and systematically manage, evaluate and develop our business relationship with IT suppliers.In this position the key tasks and responsibilities will be: .Work with key stakeholders and supplier management to align expectations in shared objectives .Guide the usage of the supplier and manage escalations .Facilitate structured meetings and business opportunities .Measure Supplier and Relationship Performance .Secure value for money perspective via benchmarking and competitive bids etc.A successful candidate has solid experience from international vendor management within the IT sector.A University degree within IT and/or Business Administration.You are very skilled in negotiating and managing stakeholder relations between Tetra Pak key players and the IT suppliers.You will have the opportunity to make use of your business and commercial awareness within your field of knowledge; the IT sector.You possess proven ability to communicate and work proactively in a matrix environment.You act with a natural seniority and show high interpersonal talents as well as a strong and recognized informal authority.Fluency in English is required, understanding in Swedish is a plus.Some travels to our sites in Denton and Singapore will be included in this position.
