Suppliers Relations Lead

As a Supplier Relations Lead you are part of the Continuous Improvement & Supplier relations team, reporting to the line manager.

You will:
•Lead and facilitate supplier tactical meetings
•In dialog with line managers, Contract & Vendor management and other tactical supplier forums, develop and maintain tactical supplier relation in a Multichannel services context
•Have a strong focus on developing an effective relationship
•Collect facts & figures for follow-ups of the suppliers

We believe you enjoy developing a collaborative network both internally and externally with different suppliers. We think you can facilitate and carry out both operational and tactical questions. You are passionate about having questions resolved together with the suppliers.
You are a solution oriented person who looks for long term partnership with our vendors.
You understand commercial contracts that IKEA has with vendors and can translate the meaning of the to the Solution Teams. You are also able to suggest, improve and negotiate minor changes to the contracts.
We think you have knowledge in ITIL and have experience working with structured improvement methods such as LEAN.
Possibly you have knowledge of agile development and SAFe methodology.
