ValueOne is looking for a Supply and Distribution Manager with experience within the pharmaceutical industry for a consultant assignment at a company in Stockholm. The assignment must be filled as soon as possible. For the right person, there are good prospects for permanent employment after completing the assignment.

The role
In the role as Supply and Distribution Manager you will be responsible for demand and supply planning. You will be first point of contact with suppliers and customers with relation to supply planning. Additionally your responsibility covers inventory planning, management and reporting as well as master data management and logistic, import and export aspects of product supply.
Main tasks:
Tactical and operational product demand planning.
Setting up and managing supply.
Work with logistic providers to set-up, manage transport and import/export of products.
Launch planning/Scenario planning.
Lead meetings with suppliers regarding ongoing supply and supply performance.
Monitor supplier KPIs.
Place purchase orders to suppliers and monitor deliveries.
Represent supply chain in IT-projects, e.g. ERP.
Maintain supply related master data in the ERP-system.
Maintain serialization master data.
Support development projects with material planning.
Create and maintain processes for operational planning, purchasing activities, master data management (supply).
Be compliant with relevant guidelines, SOPs and regulations.
Experience and competencies
The Supply and Distribution Manager we are looking for needs to have experience from planning and operational purchasing as well as from supplier management within the pharmaceutical industry. You are used to working with international contacts and is proficient in ERP systems and master data management. Experience from pharma industry is highly desirable. We prefer you to have a Master of Science or a high school diploma supplemented with supply chain/procurement training. Fluency in English, in writing and orally, is a must. Swedish is desirable.
Since this is a small company you must be willing and able to work in small organization where processes and guidelines still need to be developed. That means that you must be flexible and be able to operate effectively even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear. Additionally the role requires willingness to take on tasks even if outside the scope of the role. A collaborative and solution oriented approach is essential as well as well-developed stakeholder management skills. Focus on continuous improvements and delivery on time is part of your DNA and you are always willing to contribute to development of necessary processes.
