About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Supply & Order Coordinator to manage a vast range of products and supply chain activities with different sub-contractors. The job role covers responsibilities of coordinating supply hubs and management of stock levels according to budget and a highly competitive schedule.
What you will do
Order handling:
Create and communicate supply chain plans within the project and also the outsourcing suppliers.
Secure 100% clarified delivery in daily basis. Coordinate delivery and return orders to be fulfilled according to agreed terms.
To fulfill customer requirements /order changes /cancellations.
Communicate changes to all stakeholders such as IMs, sub-contractors, project management team.
Warehouse management:
Verify stock availability in local warehouse. Manage regular inventory checking with warehouse.
Monitor local warehouse KPI by analysis massive warehouse data.
Leading the operational relationship with local warehouse supplier to ensure efficiency.
Handling warehouse expansion planning according to project needs.
Reporting and Analysis:
Manage supply cost when it refer to 3PL and warehouse.
Invoice reviewing for warehouse and transportation.
Take part in process development with the team to update, simplify and improve the process, recognize unusual events and consistent problems.
You will bring
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent working experience
Experience from logistics and/or production
Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
Ability to coordinate activities in different areas
Advanced Excel skills
SAP experience
Fluency in English
