Supply Chain Analyst 18 month Project employment

Parts Supply Chain is our central organisation for managing our global packaging and processing parts services and includes central and regional distribution centres and workshops as well as units for developing and planning all our parts and related activities together with our colleagues in the clusters.
We are now looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic and exciting team!

One of the most challenging tasks in our global parts supply chain is to create and secure the availability of parts in Tetra Pak's central, regional and local stocks in a cost efficient way.This is the main responsibility of the Global Stock Management Team belonging to our Global Planning department.The team in this unit is dealing with a wide contact area covering product & system development and management, supplier management, suppliers and market companies.

In this role we can offer you challenging objectives in a dynamic organization.You will mainly be involved in working towards our global availability targets and also drive activities related to our global supply chain.You will obtain a wide network of contacts with parts of Tetra Pak as well as externally.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
-Perform analysis and drive actions related to global availability and ITR of parts.
-Develop, Improve and utilize tools like Syncron Supply Chain Planner, Business Objects and Reporting Services in connection to stock management and supply chain optimization.
-Design and develop analysis routines and tools to support our department.
-Take an active role to support and develop our strategies to drive the availability at our DC's, RDC's and MC stocks.


Kvalifikationer

To be successful in this position you should have a very good theoretical (preferably a University degree) and practical knowledge of warehouse logistics, supply chain and preferably statistics.You also possess excellent analytical skills and a high level of business understanding and are able to form and drive concrete action plans from your analysis.You work independently in Microsoft Excel and are used to work with large amount of data sets.Understanding of databases, SAP R/3 and visual basic is a plus but not required.You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
