Description
We are now looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic and exciting Stock Management team in Lund.
Parts Supply Chain is our central organisation for managing our global Packaging & Processing spare parts and includes central and regional distribution centers and maintenance unit workshops, supporting our colleagues in the clusters.
One of the most challenging tasks in our global Parts Supply Chain is to create and secure the availability of parts in Tetra Pak's central, regional and local stocks in a cost efficient way. This is the main responsibility of the Global Stock Management Team belonging to Planning and Development department. The team is working globally, being the interface for both Supplier Management and PSC planning and distribution sites in the global network.
We are now looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic and exciting team! You will mainly be involved in working towards our global availability targets and drive activities related to our global supplier network. You will obtain a wide network of contacts internally within Tetra Pak as well as externally.
Main responsibilities
- Perform analysis and drive activities in order to improve supplier delivery performance
- Perform analysis and drive activities related to global availability and ITR of parts
- Utilize and improve Part Supply Chain planning system
- Design and develop routines and tools to support the development of our department
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you possess excellent analytical skills and a high level of business understanding. You are able to form, drive and implement concrete action plans from your analysis. We believe that you have very good theoretical (preferably a technical MSc University degree) and practical knowledge of inventory management, supply chain and statistics.
As a person you are result oriented, structured and driven. You like to work in teams and have very good networking skills. You have very good analytical skills and can work independently towards set goals. You like to work with both long and short term activities and enjoy a fast paced environment.
You have excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and are used to work with large amount of data sets. Understanding SAP R/3 is a plus but not required. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
