MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

This is a 4-month consultancy opportunity (fulltime) starting ASAP, with a possibility for extension. The office is located in Stockholm and you should be prepared to be at the office for a few days even if you will mostly have the possibility to work from home.

Role description: In this role you will be working in cooperation with two different teams that focus on forecasting initiatives. You will be tracking info, collecting data, and focusing on details to be able to analyze data and do forecasts. You will have a lot of communication with different stakeholders and independently pull together information and structure it in an understandable form.
Work will be related to Initiatives Execution Management. Tasks include:
Data gathering of PIPO dates per customer per product for all changes in upcoming Trade Window.
Use customer PIPO dates & customer shipment run-rates to create % split of forecast across TW
Ensure PIPO forecast in SAP is matching expectation above & correct / flag any discrepancies to central team.
Track shipments by customer and ensure they are sticking to communicated timings / flag in case discrepancy.
Ensure execution strategy is in line with expectation through weekly meetings– i.e., monitoring inventory levels.
Other Ad-Hoc tasks as needed relating to initiative execution management & balancing of service, cost & cash.
Qualifications: We’d like if you are collaborative, have good social skills and that you have a high attention to details. In addition, you should:
Have analytical mindset.
Be independent in your work and not being afraid of taking contact with different stakeholders.
Be very organized.
Have very good skills in Excel.
University degree from relevant field is an advantage (for example logistics).
Fluency in English
