Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist

This is a 1 year contract covering parental leave.

What you'll be doing:

Supplier Management

- Manage new & existing suppliers of medical devices and accessories, including thermometers. Ensure supplier compliance while working closely with regulatory team.
- Support the development of packaging & print materials in collaboration with product owners & creative team
- Maintain & develop standard operating procedures in line with medical device requirements where appropriate (e.g. documentation of supplier assessment, perform supplier audit, draft quality agreement in collaboration with our regulatory & legal team).


Supply Chain & Logistics

- Manage existing fulfillment centers and optimize in-bound & out-bound processes
- Source new EU/ROW warehouse to optimize for expansion in new markets
- Manage software integration with warehouses via OMS (Linnworks)
- Coordinate with freight partners to ensure prompt transportation of shipments, prepare administrative documents for domestic and international shipments
- Monitor stock levels and re-order products according to forecast
- Proactively monitor fulfillment center order processing to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and troubleshoot any delivery issues
- Work closely with customer support team to troubleshoot any order issues
- Manage customer return processing with fulfillment centers
- Liason with Hardware team to ensure warranty procedures are followed


Requirements:

- Project management skills with a high degree of autonomy
- Min 3 years of hands-on experience with the ownership of logistics processes and supply chains
- Min 3 years of hands-on experience with e-commerce


Not required, but it would be a bonus if you also have

- Experience with manufacturers in China
- Experience with China Exports
