Supply Chain Business Intelligence Specialist
Your mission
The mission of the Global Supply Chain Excellence team is to drive the development of supply chain strategy, deploy best practices within global supply chain operations and to define and implement policies & standards. We define, improve and deploy global processes.
As Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in this. You will continuously develop and improve BI reporting tools to provide the line organization with guidance on where to focus improvement efforts. This means you will use your BI expertise to slice the data platform into meaningful information by enabling the development and roll-out of BI reports globally.
The BI expert role will directly contribute to standardize and optimize supply chain reports and, ensure a clear technical definition of the KPI's designed by management. You will work globally, and will sit in the crossroads between IT, and Supply Chain. You might also conduct BI training to share knowledge on how data can be utilized to drive company objectives.
In this role you will report to Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager based in Örebro.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
* Serve as the BI supply chain point of contact to users by owning and maintaining global reports
* Roll-out standard KPI's and Power BI reports globally to support continuous improvement and control of Supply Chain
* Communicate closely with business stakeholders to understand the BI requirements and gather, validate, and translate them into actionable BI development.
* Conduct BI training to build stakeholders' capabilities with the regards to analytical thinking and utilization of supply chain reports and self-service tools
* Collaborate with global BI team to ensure the reports are built consistent with requirements
Yur Profile
To enjoy the work as Supply Chain Business Intelligence Specialist, you are a person that loves collecting and refining large amounts of data. Slicing data warehouse cubes into meaningful information is something you enjoy and are good at, and you take pride in having developed BI reporting tools that spread to your entire department, or beyond. You have strong problem-solving skills, enjoy simplifying complex realities into meaningful reports, and automate work processes.
We see that our candidate have;
* Degree in IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent
* Documented expertise in Power BI, including development and maintenance of reports consumed by a broad spectrum of stakeholders
* Strong understanding of the link between metrics, analysis, and operational performance
* Demonstrated ability in building SQL queries and DAX formulas
* Experience in M3 ERP is a plus, but not required
Since English is our corporate language you must have strong English communication skills both verbal and written. Additional language will be preferred.,
