You will gradually be more and more involved in customer projects, implementing Syncrons Global Supply Chain Solutions.You will get a chance to work with Product Management regarding product development and specification of functionality.In order to become effective in the role You will get an extensive training in the Syncron applications.It will also require that You attend and participate in ongoing customer projects.In addition, You will be trained in project methodology and how Syncron projects are organized and run.The position will give You a good knowledge of the Syncron applications and logistic issues related to Supply Chain Planning.The idea within Syncron is to use the acquired knowledge as a base to be able to work in other positions such as rollout/application consultant management consultant and project manager, getting more and more responsibilities in customer projects.Since Syncrons primary customer base is large international organizations, Your position will occasionally include travelling.Syncron can offer You an exciting and challenging job within an expanding market.Syncron Graduate program: Syncron Graduate program is a 12-18 month long program directed towards Graduates from University or newly graduates with less than 2 years of working experience.You will be appointed a specific position at Syncron which will take approx.85% of your time.The remaining 15% of the time is focused towards being involved in a variety of different activities throughout the company.A mentor will be appointed and an individual competence plan will be developed together with the Graduate Program attendee.This will give the graduate the opportunity to experience different areas to get a better understanding of Syncron and possible carrier path after.Qualifications: You have a Master in Science, Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent.We believe that you have just finished your degree.Knowledge and interest in Business Solution Systems and supply chain management is a plus.Syncron is looking for someone that is businesslike and self driven.You are a problem solver with very good social skills.We also see that You have excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
