We are now looking for a Supply Chain Controller for a temporary assignment in Solna. The assignment which is full-time will start the 19 September 2016 with the duration to 18 Septemberr 2017, with possible extension. Arbetsuppgifter

This role is mainly responsible for being the Supply chain Business partner with the Commercial teams, deliver analyses on outcome vs budget relating to Inventory and Fixed assets and recommend actions to take. The role is responsible for supporting the budgeting/business planning, consignment and asset investments, asset management, forecast/demand planning, following up on service levels, New product introduction, data management and first point of contact with EMEA franchises/Global Supply chains.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & operation planning
- Monthly tracking of KPI vs budget.
- Run monthly S&OP meetings with Commercial teams and franchise/Global Supply chain
- Analyze and give recommendations on investments and optimization opportunities in relation to Actual vs budget.
- Responsible for setting budget targets and get confirmation from Business unit leaders according to Finance BP process
- Set yearly optimization targets/stretch targets with Inventory Controllers/Orthokit & Warehouse & Commercial teams (Inventory levels/Rationalization projects/DSI/SLOB/CAPEX/Depreciation/Sample/ Spare parts etc depending on business model)
- Agree on Action plan with S&M, take lead and proactively coordinate all actions
- Review SLOB suggestions from GMED on a quarterly basis and decide on products to be excluded. Communicate financial effect and get final approval from Business unit lead.
- Asset management

Forecast/Demand planning with EMEA franchises and/or Global Supply chains
- Adjust forecast depending on analysis and market input
- Owner/Coordinator of Kitting process (DePuySynthes specific)
- Coordinating/Reviewing Investment process for Equipment
- Owner of Instrument utilization & Redeployment process (DePuySynthes specific)

Supply Coordination
- Run weekly reports for Backorder/ATP dates/LIFR/OFR and communicate to Customer service and Commercial teams. Post reports on EMEA ZONE. Following up on backorders and service levels with franchise/EDC planners.
- Coordinating local Supply chain activities when facing major supply issues
- To immediately contact Qualified Person (QP) when facing supply issues/bonds/recalls on EVICEL according to SOPs for GDP for human pharmaceuticals. All supply issues should be coordinated by the QP.
- Secure that specific franchise knowledge is spread in the supply chain team (New products, product restrictions, news, results, discontinuation of products).
- New Item set up process in JDE 8.12/including requesting ICP on new items
- Initiate Master data discontinuation of items in JDE 8.12 and general maintenance of product master data.

EMEA contact
- First point of contact with EMEA franchises and/or Global Supply chain
- Participate in Franchise/GSC projects
- Building relations to sister affiliates

Project Participation
- Participate/take lead in Supply chain projects Supply chain control development
- Strategically plan & Develop the services provided by the Supply chain Franchise control team.




Utbildning/erfarenhet

Education & Qualifications
- Required education: Post graduate education or similar.
- Languages: Good knowledge in English, written and spoken and one Nordic language.


Experience, skills and competencies (REQUIRED)
- Excellent System & Computer knowledge (Excel in particular, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP systems).
- Extensive analytical skills or experience from analytical work
- Extensive experience from Supply chain related tasks
- Financial awareness / good numeracy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of J&J Business models (depending on franchise)
- Customer focus for both internal and external customers. Ability to develop close relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels.
