Supply Chain Controller till McNeil

McNeil AB is now looking for a Supply Chain Controller to the Helsingborg site. As Supply Chain Controller you will be a key contributor to the business by connecting production and logistics with finance. With seniority and extensive experience from similar roles, you need to challenge existing ways of working and finding new ones. In this role you report directly to CFO.

Key accountabilities:

-       Product costing

-       Monthly closing and analysis

-       Standard variance reporting

-       Support improvement and cost saving projects

-       Develop and improve the financial processes.

Qualification

To fit the profile you have a Master in Business Administration with a minimum of 7 years experience from controller roles, of which the main part is from a supply chain and/or production environment. You are fluent in English as well as Swedish, both oral and written. Experience of Movex as well as SAP is highly appreciated.

Personality

To enjoy and be successful in this role you need several years experience from a senior controlling role. You are self-driven, structured and have an analytical approach to your work. At the same time you are mature, energetic and possess the ability to arouse enthusiasm and harmony around you. You also have strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels. It is also important that you have a high sense of integrity and a sound judgment.
