Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be a key team member and team leader of the Supply Chain team based in Helsingborg. You will be responsible for coordinating the daily supply chain activities, including forecasting, inventory control and management. You are also a member of the team, executing daily operations including packaging, shipping etc.
Your work will focus on:
· Training of processes within Supply Chain
· Proactively monitor, investigate and resolve problems to prevent supply shortages, stockouts and missed revenue
· Cooperation with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient planning
· Handle supplier related matters including purchasing, supplier approval and monitoring
· Assist Supply Chain Manager when needed
· Packaging of products
· Goods receival
· Assist with regular removal/discarding of excess cartons from supplier deliveries
· Perform other duties as required from the Supply Chain Manager
· Schedule planning and first point of contact to the supply chain team
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with the ability to maintain an overview of the tasks at hand, and who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. It is important that you can switch priorities quickly and can identify and analyze needs using forecast, usage and inventories.
You have highly developed interpersonal skills, great organizational skills, a structured mind and leadership skills.
As a person, you are positive and proactive, a team-oriented person with a self-motivation attitude. You can see the whole picture, but also be able to get things done yourself. In addition, you have great communication and coordination skills.
You are fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
