We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator for one of our clients who is a leading automotive company. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of logistics and both the European transport market as well as intercontinental market. You may have a university degree in Logistics or other related studies. Previous experience from a forwarder or in-house logistics team is an advantage, as is experience from supply chain, another OEM, or tier 1 supplier.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics activities related to inbound and outbound shipments. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the production team to ensure that the right parts are available at the right time.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner and has excellent interpersonal skills, including fluent English both written and spoken, as that will be your daily working language. You should have a strong knowledge and experience in MS Excel and understand operational planning and resource allocation. You should have proven ability to work creatively and analytically with a problem-solving approach. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box and is eager to identify and implement improvements in the daily work.
