We are looking for an Supply Chain Coordinator/Order Planner for our client.
Description:
Role as Supply Chain Coordinator - Order planner.
The main purpose of the role is to plan/manage sales orders and to solve order cases together with front office, production units and warehouses. The main focus is to deliver excellent performance in the operation in accordance with our customer promises.


Role Description: Order Planner
As an Order Planner, your primary responsibility is to strategically coordinate and manage sales orders, collaborating closely with front office, production units, and warehouses. The key objective is to ensure exceptional operational performance aligning with our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically plan and oversee sales orders to meet customer-specified delivery timelines.
Monitor and administer orders across various processes, including returns, resale, order re-acknowledgment, order changes, and delivery stops.
Address and resolve order-related issues originating from customers, market units, warehouses, and production units within the global supply chain network.
Effectively manage order backlogs from production units and warehouses, promptly notifying Front Office of any potential order delays.
Proactively take initiative and implement corrective actions based on available information to ensure high delivery precision for customers.
Lead and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives alongside Front Office, Process and Solution working groups, warehouses, and production units, with a focus on enhancing supply chain delivery precision.
