Job Description
For our well known client in Gothenburg we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator!

In the role as a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be responsible for the following work tasks:
- Securing timely arrival of parts needed for projects: Ensuring that the necessary parts for project arrive on time, avoiding delays.
- Contact with suppliers, to confirm upcoming deliveries and book and organize transports: Maintaining communication with suppliers to confirm scheduled deliveries and arranging transportation logistics.
- Reporting on Material Status: Providing updates on the status of materials, including their availability and any potential shortages.
- Process improvements: Identifying and implementing enhancements to workflows and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data to uncover patterns and insights that can inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Dashboard and report creation and preparation (PowerBI & Excel): Creating and preparing dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI and Excel to visualize project and material management data effectively.

Qualifications
- You have a higher education such as a Bachelor in Logistics/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- You have very good skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI) and can learn out to others including ideally macro writing & PowerQuery/DAX.
- You have previous experience within logistics and the mentioned tasks.
- You have very good written and spoken English & clear communication skills.

Salary
Salary, as agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start 2024-05-20 and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-12-20 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
