Do you thrive in a coordinating role with a focus on structure, analysis and planning? If so, this could be the role for you!
You will be a part of the Supply Chain team, and work close with the Quality Assurance and R&D department.
On a daily basis, you work with processing, control and confirmation of orders and ensure that agreed processes and lead times are met. You will manage some business critical suppliers.
You will also support multiple time critical projects, by handling of orders and transports. These projects are expected to generate new commercial product to Orexo or drive new supply chain initiatives.
You will also be instrumental in coordination and maintenance of Artwork for Orexo’s product.
We believe that you are an analytical problem solver and a doer who operates in a structured manner. Furthermore the nature of the work requires a high focus on cross-functional collaboration. You need to be flexible and able to prioritize workloads.

What you'll be doing
• Purchase order support and invoice approval check
• Manage and support material flows for projects, including related problem solving
• Inventory management
• Submit/Prepare import and export documents
• Responsible for managing all relevant issue with carriers (TNT, World Courier)
• Coordination and controlling the logistic operations
• Do risk assessment for shipments
• Filing and archiving of documents
• Coordinate the artwork management and take full responsibility of the artwork process
• Act as a deputy/backup of Supply Planner
In order to be successful in the position we believe that you are:
• Proactive, dedicated and goal-oriented
• You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Structured and with a sense of detail without losing the overview
• Flexible and being able to prioritize different tasks
• Team-oriented and easily cooperate at all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English
• Experience from the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is desirable
• Trained in GDP or GMP desirable
• ERP experience is an advantage
The Recruitment process
This is a permanent position starting with a probation period of six months.
