Supply Chain Coordinator

Job description
We are now looking for a Supply Planner to our customer with an end-to-end mindset who wants to be part of the journey to become the best at efficient Supply Chain Planning! 
As a Supply Planner you will have a key responsibility to secure a operative efficiency, working capital optimization, high service level and act as the link between suppliers, warehouse, the organization and customers. In your role you will work in developing the Supply Planning area that over the years has become more important for the customer experience, cost efficiency and overall quality perception.

Responsibilities
This role comes with many interpersonal touchpoints to other parts of the Swedish organization and the position is central and very communication driven. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of your portfolio, from replenishment to returns and refurbishment/re-use. You are expected to embrace the complete responsibility that comes with the role but you are also given freedom to set the future development path for this particular position. The role requires the right candidate to be driven, structured, a team strong team player, non-prestigious and very communicative.

You will be working with:


Replenishment to central warehouse inventory as well as project inventory for ordinary assortment and customer specific assortment
Create forecasts for all related products in conjunction with the Business Unit
Take part of S&OP meeting and drive initiatives related to your portfolio
Inventory optimization
Stakeholder management
Analyze and suggest improvements to optimize your logistical flows
Take lead in assigned tasks related to projects within your portfolio
Measure/review and follow up the suppliers in your portfolio to improve quality in relation to lead time accuracy, inbound accuracy, product availability etc. 
Create base for analysis and reports
Contribute to strategic development of the goods flow in your area 
Supplier invoice management
Conduct internal reporting and distribution of relevant information


Working hours
Full time with start as soon as possible and until 2022-09-30
Working hours: Monday - Friday 08.00-17.00 with flex.

The position is located in Kista, Stockholm. 

Qualifications

You like working independently but you are equally drawn to teamwork. Success factors in your everyday work are your excellent planning and prioritization skills.

Requirements:


2-5 years’ experience in supply chain planning/replenishment
Understanding of the S&OP process
University/college/higher education in business economics, engineering, logistics or equivalent 
Moderate knowledge in P2P processes and the dependencies within
Experience in ERP systems (Visma and Microsoft NAV preferably)
Experience in market leading forecast & replenishment software
Experience in working with logistical methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean
Experience in working in a large organization where customer satisfaction and cost efficiency is key 
Fluent in Swedish and proficiency level in business English
Advanced knowledge in MS Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Good understanding of financial follow-up and accounting principles
