What you will do
At Piab we work with smart tech by creating intelligent solutions, a more efficient production climate, as well as a safer workplace within the world of automation. We provide gripping skills to robots, intelligent flow to materials, and lifting power to humans. We want to improve today’s products and assembly for the better. This ambition is embedded into everything we do. It is in every idea, every product, and every interaction.
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you have a vital role by acting as the link between Piab, Piab’s customers and suppliers. You will be part of Piab Vacuum Automation Operations team, and work closely with our global Supply Units, in particularly our factory located in Germany.
You will:
· Support the European Supply Unit (ESU) with order related queries
· Handle external and internal customer orders
· Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
· Handle customer claims, such as repairs, replacements, credits, etc.
· Analyze customer demands and confirm orders to customers based on the production planning and purchasing
· Manage export outside of the EU by issuing different types of export documentation, such as certificate of origin, Prepayment orders, CAD (cash against document), Letter of Credit, etc.

The role reports directly to the Global Order Manager and is located in our current office in Täby to start with but will be transferred with our Piab Head office move, to new premises in Danderyd, Sweden, later this year.

We are looking for
To be successful in this role we believe you:
· Have a strong hands-on approach
· Are customer-oriented and able to see issues from a customer point of view
· Are flexible and capable of dealing with quick changes
· Have a problem-solving attitude
· Are energetic, show a strong drive and determination


Skills, experience, and/or educational background:
· Several years of experience from similar roles or other type of customer service function
· Strong communication skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Knowledgeable in export documentation/Incoterms 2020
· Good English skills, verbal and written
· Knowledgeable in Jeeves or equivalent ERP system
· Experience from working in an international organization
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
