Galderma?s A&C business in Uppsala is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator on a permanent basis.
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be a member of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team, which is part of the Supply Chain department in the Galderma Uppsala Manufacturing division. PLM is made up of six employees whereof three are Supply Chain Coordinators. We now have a vacant position giving you the opportunity to get new experiences and contribute to the group deliveries and development in an evolving organisation.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator you
* Manage full scope of implementation/configuration for existing products into a new market, including follow up of the regulatory status for product assortments.
* Participate in new product launches and updates;
- Participate in projects (new product projects)
- Act as interface for the supply chain functions during project participation (for potential impact of activities within the Supply Chain department)
* Are the change leader for Change Control (CC?s) tasks related to changes requested or required to the product assortment;
- Develop strategies related to the change controls being managed to ensure the most efficient implementation.
- Ensure that an overview of the impact assessment of changes can be presented as and when required.
- Ensure that the supply chain department is kept informed of the impact of relevant changes that will affect their activities.
* Ensure that product data within the Galderma item database systems is current and up to date.
Your profile
* Ideally you have a university degree;
* with experience from either the pharmaceutical or the biotech industry
* You have experience of managing change controls in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment and it is an advantage if you also have experience working withTrackWise and the ERP system SAP.
* You have experience in and appreciate the importance of adhering to a Quality management system
* You are proactive in pursing issues and finding pragmatic solutions when required
* You show initiative and anticipate varying scenarios in order to ensure supply demands are met in a timely manner
* You are keen on developing leadership skills and are highly organised.
* You bring excellent time management skills and are meticulous in your approach to pay attention to detail when required.
* You are proficientin both Swedish and English (oral and written communication)
