During the assignment which is set to start the 1st of April 2021 and last for a minimum of six months you will be employed by Manpower.
What you will do
Coordinate the local Supply Chain planning activities for replenishment orders going into backorder daily. Additionally, you will coordinate when facing major supply issues in close collaboration with Demand planners. You work in close collaboration with the EMEA Regional planning teams and Demand planners in order to have accurate supply information on our Backorders.
Further examples on tasks included in your responsibilities:
* Run weekly reports for Backorders and communicate to Commercial Teams and Customer Services in alignment with local Demand planners.
* lead the continuous improvement of the Supply process from a Nordic perspective, making sure possible development areas are communicated to the right stakeholders in the wider organization and you make sure all relevant departments are trained in the process.
* Analyze and report Service levels (On Time In Full) weekly and coordinate the process within Supply Chain to get insight end-2-end.
* Run weekly reports for Backorders and communicate to Commercial Teams and Customer Services.
* You support Demand planners as needed with supply coordination of the instrument supply process (BEK/Kitting process).
* Execute other activities that may be assigned by the Demand Planning Manager.
About you
To succeed in this position, we believe that you will have a post graduate degree in a relevant subject such as logistics and have a minimum of two years' experience from a similar role. You are used to and comfortable with the fact that you always must be open to change focus, as workload dictates. Colleagues and clients will vouch for your admirable ability to meet deadlines in the most complex and demanding situations, never loosing sight of details and set procedures and governing regulations.
Your English is fluent, should you also master a Nordic language that will be an advantage. You have excellent system and computer knowledge, meaning that you are familiar with Excel, Access, and have previous experience of ERP systems (JDE 8.12) and reporting tools, (Insight/Tableau) and SQL.
