You will

In close collaboration with your colleagues, you support and contribute to further development within the supply chain. Your tasks will have a wide range and you will ensure one of our most important process: delivering products to customer. You will be responsible of purchasing activities as well as secure processes and resources necessary for operational work and ensure material for production deadlines.

Further you will:

- Book and monitor inbound and outbound transportations and solve problems that may arise in the process
- Documentation required to dispatch, clear customs, receive and store cargo.
- Do inventory management: source, purchase, plan and monitor warehouse on-hand quantity for Work Orders and projects
- Work in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

You are

We believe that you have a background in purchasing, logistics or Supply Chain and has previously worked with similar tasks. You are driven by the variety where your coordination skills come in handing. Experience in shipping and handling the applicable laws and regulations within transportation is highly meritorious. Since most all communication will be in English, you need to be able to communicate freely in English both in speech and in writing.

Your ability to analyze, draw conclusions and act will have a big impact on how successful you will be in your role. You will be appreciated for being a communicative team player who, with high energy and a focus on improvement, handles the tasks and challenges you face daily. You are motivated by supporting customers and colleagues in your work.
