We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our clients team in Lund. Your work will range from order administration and customer service to tactical work with supplier management or within strategic sourcing and supplier management. The team is working in an Agile environment. Our client values flexibility and excellent communication skills.
Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
- Act as the main interface for all matters related to paper T straw operational coordination between SCO Straws, MCs, TPI and the straw supplier.
- Secure customer service within an assigned portfolio of markets and customers by driving order management and demand analysis.
- Secure optimal supplies of paper T straw in terms of demand vs capacity and logistic.
- Managing relationships with straw supplier, MC, Cluster (SCO functions), TPI and logistics provider (TMC).
- Effective use of SAP for order processing/confirmations, also insuring correct master data.
- Supplier data collections I.e. stock file, line performance…etc
- Coordinate quality issues with central straws OPEX, Supplier and MC.
The daily work can entail:
- Execute PO related processes
- Change-Cancel PO when item is discontinued
- Support Category Leader in driving change
- Support Cross Functional Teams and workshops
- Track materials and identifiy quality concerns
- Help mitigate supplier risk
- Strategic sourcing
- Spend analysis, market research and supplier evaluation/selection
- Vendor relationship management.
Start of assignement: As soon as possible.
End: 2021-12-31
Work hours: 30-100%
Language: Swedish and English

You possess an ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members, colleagues and suppliers. You have an analytical ability and are able to handle a changing environment. The successful candidate has an education in Economics or Engineering, preferably at University level (Students are welcome).
Skills Requirements:
- Experience in the field of Customer Service.
- Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
- Knowledge on supply chain operations.
- Skills in demand analyses and in stakeholder management
- Experience in SAP
